Turner Caravan Park has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence by online travel review and planning service Trip Advisor.
The certificate recognises the park, which is owned and managed by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River, as consistently achieving outstanding reviews by visitors during 2015.
Shire Caravan Park Manager Hettie Enderes said she very proud of the accolades, particularly given the park aims to provide a low cost alternative to travellers in the region.
“It’s wonderful we are doing so well at providing an affordable holiday option everyday people and families and still achieving a high level of service,” she said.
“We strive to offer a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and we are obviously very blessed to be situated in this spectacular location.”
Ms Enderes said the park, currently ranked third for specialty lodging in Augusta, was popular among people of all ages.
“There is a big range in the demographics of people who stay at the park,” she said.
“There are the grey nomads, young families, couples and of course the place is a hive of excitement and activity with athletes come to stay as part of the Augusta Adventure Fest.
“We work continually to improve the park and it’s very pleasing to hear so many people love coming here and creating holiday memories.”
